6. Central Committee Meeting and Decision
(1) The meeting of the Central Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman as per the need.
(2) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the Central Committee, the member-secretary of the Central Committee shall give notice to all the members with a list of topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Central Committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the Central Committee shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Committee and in his absence by the members of the Committee selected from among themselves.
(5) In the meeting of the Central Committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(6) The Central Committee may invite any employee, official or any other person of the Government of Nepal to participate in the meeting of the Committee as an observer as per the requirement.
(7) The decision of the Central Committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of the Central Committee
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Central Committee shall be as determined by the Central Committee itself.
